How to raise support tickets?

  • Access Cartwire Support portal (http://cartwire-support.srmtechsol.com/v2) and click on menu item ‘Submit a Ticket’ on top.
  • Select any support category and click on [Next].
  • Select ‘Country’ and ‘Brand’ you want to raise ticket for. If it is a generalized ticket ‘All Country’ can be selected from dropdown. You can also select multiple brands for same country in case it is required.
  • Enter your ‘Full Name’ and ‘Email ID’.
  • Enter support ticket subject and details.
  • Enter captcha text.
  • Click on [Submit].

       Reference ID for ticket will be generated. Please save it for future tracking.
