How to track tickets?

  • Access Cartwire Support portal (http://cartwire-support.srmtechsol.com/v2) and navigate to ‘Track Ticket’ tab.
  • Enter your ‘Email ID’ and ‘Ticket ID’ and click on [Track].
  • Ticket details with ticket status and ETA will be displayed.
